Organize an activity during Act! Sustainable week
We are now looking for organizations, associations, groups and individuals that want to arrange an activity during Act! Sustainable. It is a great opportunity to support students in increasing their theoretical and practical knowledge around sustainable development issues, increase awareness about your sustainability projects, initiatives, research and more in connection to this year’s theme: ”Act for sustainable development”. The week will be located at different venues around the city, mostly at the universities’ campuses. Below, you will find some guidelines on how to co-organize an activity.
Briefly describe what kind of activity you are organizing. Which theme or issue is being raised? Who is organizing the activity (organization or similar)? Is it a workshop or lecture, and is there a specific lecturer/facilitator? What is the purpose and expected outcome of the activity?
Date, time and place
During which date and time is the activity taking place? Where will the activity be located? It is up to co-organizers to book a venue and set a date during the week.
Send any important links connected to the activity, such as a Facebook event, website link or calender event.
Send contact details for a contact person (email and phone number) as well as the name of the faculty or institution/school (if any) at University of Gothenburg or Chalmers University of Technology.
Graphic material and images
If you have any graphic material or images for the activity, make sure you send them.
If you believe there is something else that should be included in the program for this specific activity, please share this with the project manager as well.
The Gothenburg Centre for Sustainable Development offers a context in which you can reach a large group of students with relevant issues and initiatives connected to sustainability. We will also offer coordination and marketing/communication in a calendar on the website, invitation to all students in Gothenburg, a printed version of the program and communication on social media. If you need anything else, feel free to contact Linnéa Lundmark, project manager for Act! Sustainable.
Send your activity no later than May 1st to Linnéa Lundmark, firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have any other questions, send an email to Linnéa or call on 0733-873173.
We look forward to co-organize an inspiring and diverse sustainability week for students in Gothenburg with you!
